first_imgWILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Substance Abuse Coalition is holding a Youth Town Hall for Wilmington middle school students on Monday, June 18, 2019 at 10am at the Wilmington Public Safety Building (1 Adelaide Street).Participants will get a better understanding of current substance use trends (e.g., vaping, underage drinking) and how they can be addressed.  Participants will then create and host their own event about underage drinking and vaping through a grant provided by BSAS.
